Final summary and report to: Captain Lo Ami: Commanding officer U.S.S Arcadia.

 

Subject: Final evaluation and report of the team while imprisoned on the planet designated as :Axrekrav:

 

This is the final report on instances and performance observations while on stated planet with the team as is required by Star Fleet regulations as it does pertain to the highest ranking/or officer charged by a superior officer with the duty of leading said team.

Observation(s) and team performance:Overall performance given circumstances was admirable and note worthy.

 

Duty/Mission parameters: Within overall mission parameters as was assigned by command staff prior to mission implementation.

 

Critical observations/comments: Overall the team served in their respective duties with clear distinction as it pertained to their departments and skills applied while on the mission considering the adverse conditions they were facing.

 

Incident report/ Critical : With the exception of two occasions/infractions of Fleet regulations ....none to report, situation was handled.

 

Nature of infraction(s) of personnel:

 

T.,Doug: Disobeying a direct order from a superior officer,that may have endangered the mission or team members subsequent to said actions.

 

Result(s): Said officer complied with orders post verbal discussion...nothing further.

 

Riley,Brian: Flagrant disregard of orders of a superior officer resulting in an unwarranted or ordered excursion that may have endangered the mission or team members subsequent to said actions.

 

Result(s): Said officer was returned peacefully without incident and did in fact provide said team with basic transportation, Officer did resume his task and duties as ordered...nothing further.

 

Commanding mission officer comments/Recommendations:

 

I do understand the COC as it is clearly outlined in our training. I submit that due to mitigating circumstances (ref:possible influence of a drug,ref .initial report logs), the charges as stated prior be taken into consideration when meting out administrative actions.

 

The COC must be kept otherwise the chain breaks and chaos may/will ensue...I appeal to the command staff to consider the situation,and conditions said team were under when making the decision for action as it pertains to to said incidents.

 

Commendation(s): Recommend commendation for the following team members: Servo,Tom; Pilot,Malik: Thoros; Swan,Katherine; Kent,Samantha.

 

Final comments:As indicated within this report...the team did overall serve with distinction all in the best tradition of the Federation.
