Ok, I'm still a cadet, but I agree with most everyone else. If you cannont meet minimum role playing standards, then GET OUT. I know that many people (who can't STSF role play) find this rediculous, but the acadamies are the best way to find out who can function with the respective GM's and advanced sims, etc.

The acadamies show the online role playing skills that each person has learned up to that point. If you cannot meet the minimum requirements (which I don't think are that hard, even tho I haven't graduated yet), don't waste your time. Just don't trash everything for committed players.

Oh yeah, who told me NOT to yell at the hackers that night? You were right   :D  !

Just on a side note here...  Paramount has had PeopleLink working on the rooms.  Word has come down that they believe the problem is worked out.  So hopefully we will not be having anymore of these problems.

Thanks for all of your cooperation and understanding folks!  :D

Have any GM's verified this by attempting to crash the room (when it's empty -- aside from themselves and one planned victim, that is)?

That information is classified..... but

I think we are looking forward to many a good academy sims, without the interruptions.

Again, for those that attended my academy two weeks ago when it got slammed, thank you all for your patience, and for coming back again this week. It was nice to see so many promising new faces, and with steady play, and letting us each see you at least a few times, in different posts (important), I'm seeing several graduation ceremonies in the near future. ::shakes up the magic 8 ball again::

Yea, that's what it says....

We've been testing the room as we have time since Paramount has contacted us and everything SEEMS to be working pretty well.  So that's hopefully one issue taken care of.  :D

Hey folks,

Really, there are reasons why there are certain keys placed upon your keyboards.  Please, take a moment, and familiarize yourselves with those keys with the strange looking symbols called “punctuation marks”, as well as the shift and shift lock keys.  Use of these keys, will allow you to correctly write a sentence, and help people be able to understand what you are trying to communicate.  These are vital skills needed when writing logs on an advanced simulation. Granted, there are many advanced players that could use a course in grammar as well, but practice here, would show initiative, especially in those trying to graduate.

Hey there,

Well, Voric, it seems that the only thing the retired spammers can do these days is go into rooms and complain. What a horrible shame, eh? :P
