10.22.08 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: Long enough to evacuate and separate the main ship sections from the upper Alpha Section

- Midshipman Joseph Chase is the prime suspect in setting the explosive device on the Agincourt; the First Officer took matters into her own paws and apprehended him in a rather non gentle manner. Whole new meaning to the term Le Pounce.

- Colonel Harper contacted Captain B’Qar with an update on the situation; the captain and his crew of the IKS Va’Kang will be following up on the Klingon fragmental part of the explosive device that can be traced to Korlath Salvage, listed as a Klingon salvage operation.

- The cleanup and damage assessment continues on board the ‘Court; the Alpha Section, the Alpha bridge, and the Colonel’s Ready Room are all compromised in general due to the explosion and resulting decompression and system damages. The auxiliary science labs are still a mess. Thankfully, the body count has not grown.

- The Chief Engineer advised that separation from the Alpha Section was wise until full repairs could be implemented.

- The IKS Va’Kang will continue the data mapping mission at Vorana Six, while the Agincourt begins the process of separating and towing the Alpha Section to the nearest starbase to execute full repairs to avoid any further explosive decompression Boom-age thing.

- The investigation will continue as to why Joseph Chase planted the bomb within the secondary Science labs.

10.29.08 Mission Update:

MISSION BRIEF: When we last left the heroes, we were en route to a starbase for repairs with the Alpha section in tow. We pick up right at the point where the ship is coming into the airspace of the station.

TBS: To quote Colonel Harper: Next week, at the starbase, drop off Alpha and get back to work.

- Engineering continues to repair the damaged systems. Damage rundown based on past updates: we originally evacuated the Alpha section due to poor air quality, and there is minor hull/structural damage, such as the cracked window in the Colonels Ready Room. All this was of course caused by the concussive blast of the explosive that Midshipman Chase set on Deck 2 within the Auxiliary Science labs.

- Sciences assists with the repair work. Chief Condacin is not happy with the apprehended saboteur.

- Both the Executive Officer and a Security Line Officer get rough with the apprehended suspect, Joseph Chase. The young midshipmen will be turned over to base authorities, assuming he isn't beaten to a pulp before then by overzealous aggressive senior officers.

- While contained in the brig, Chase mentioned/kept ranting about the Sons and Daughters of Righteousness - apparently, an anti alien group that he is working for.

11.05.08 Agincourt Mission Update:

Mission Brief: So when we left off, Agincourt was towing the Alpha section into a station for repairs. We've arrived at the station and gotten the Alpha section into a repair dock, while the bulk of the ship sits at a regular port long enough for us to offload Chase and deal with some of the paperwork that comes with getting a hole blasted in your deck.

TBS: 12 Hours at the Starbase, long enough for the repairs to the Alpha Hull structure to be complete

- The commanding officer and executive officer each had business to deal with as the ship remains docked at the Starbase for repairs; Colonel Harper dealt with a recalcitrant administrative Lieutenant regarding the scheduled ship repairs (he had no chance) while Commander JoNs handled the base Security chief (also had no chance) regarding the handing off of prisoner and saboteur Joseph Chase to the proper base authorities.

- Lieutenant Tay was showing Lieutenant Shadow (who changed forms into a Nightflyer) some flying, taking advantage of the relative openess of the starbase.

- Lieutenant Commander Odile Condacin got herself sozzled on the local base hooch. Commander JoNs was sent off with orders from the CO to wrangle the three sheets to the wind Xenexian sciences chief. With the aid of Lieutenant Shadow, resident Energy Being, who offered his services as an anti gravity stretcher, Odile was escorted back to the ship by Shadow, JoNs, the Resident Sciences Bat Tay and Harper. (::hums a tune:: We all love a parade, la la da) The Lieutenant Commander actually hugged Colonel Harper, but the Xenexian does retain all her teeth, thankfully.

- Condacin was to be escorted to and dropped off at the medical bay with orders to CMO Kara from Harper, quote “Tell the doctors if they want to break out old-fashioned medicine, they can,” unquote. (Boo Yah. Go for the big needles!! There’s plenty of padding in the target area.)

- Lieutenant Commander Kairi and her engineering team held down the fort on the Agincourt, overseeing the still ongoing internal repairs to the lab area as well as overseeing the outer hull repairs soon to be started by the Starbase repair personnel. Otherwise, the ever present diet of engineering donuts and apple fritters were consumed freely (the sugar diet. Either that or y'all think you're on the USS Hood).

- Workbees started to scan and latch onto the compromised hull areas, and Hull Maintenance Techs soon mobilized, and scans on the work progress are sent directly to the Agincourt engineering department.

11.12.08 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 6 Hours (travel time to Vorana Six)

Mission Brief: When we left off, we were getting repairs done on the Alpha section. Now we'll be heading back out to -- at long last -- finish our survey of former Soltan attack sites, in hopes of developing an early-warning system.

- The Beta/Gamma Sections re-connected with the now repaired Alpha section; the only repairs remaining are interior cosmetic repairs for Deck Two, and the Engineering dept. continues to work on this.

- Chief Medical Officer Kara Aroya went on the New CMO Bi-Annual Physicals Reign of Terror; Engineering Lieutenant (Senior Grade) Saf Murray was the first victim. Patient. I mean patient. Commander JoNs assisted with the Murray herding after getting the okay from Lt. Commander Kairi. I haz XO command level transporter codes to transport wayward engineers.

- Lieutenant Commander Condacin eventually dragged her sorry self to the bridge after sleeping off the hooch; Colonel Harper then attempted to convince the hung over Xenexian Sciences Chief that getting into a complete uniform and a medicinal hypo would be a good idea.

- Resident Energy Being Shadow was thrown off kilter - adding to the earlier complications of being caught in the initial Deck 2 explosion - by the re-connection of the Alpha section.

- Next sim, the Agincourt will again be in orbit over Vorana Six (search on the boards for any and all Vorana references) to begin the search for any more Soltan data or clues that may have been left behind from the first time the Soltan descended on the planetary lab.

Note: Engineering Officer Karrigan received a Service Stripe.

11.19.08 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: Not Announced

MISSION BRIEF: We will be moving on as discussed in that log to the site of the largest Soltan attack to date (barring Earth, of course) Tervan Four. Hopefully there we will find some... ::mysteriously:: ...interesting... things. Our data gathering and investigation continues at Tervan and we'll pick up just slightly out of the Tervan system, then.

- The Agincourt is on approach to the newest Soltan data gathering site, Tervan Four; an Away Team will be beaming down to the planetary surface.

- Away Team members: Karrigan and T’Lak from Engineering, Salir Julio from Sciences, Security and Marine officers for protective escort purposes, and Colonel Harper will be leading the away team. The landing party is concerned with locating and processing any data that can be used tactical or otherwise to further our knowledge of the Federations newest foe.

- Shipboard: Commander JoNs and the remaining officers and crew will be taking the Agincourt off for some sector recon work in an attempt to trace the approach vector that the Soltans used to approach Tervan.

Note from the Colonel:Next week we'll actually get the AT on the ground and do some serious digging.

12.03.08 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: Twenty Minutes

- The Away Team made planetfall and the devastation on Tervan Four is about the same as Earth: burned and bombed out buildings, many buildings wiped off the map. However – carbon scoring, consistent with weapons fire, as well as red and green colored blood stains were found at various spots in one of the buildings being explored by the away team.

- The Agincourt set off to patrol the sector, and picked up a Soltan bread crumb trail so to speak; it was semi-determined that the Soltan attack fleet approached Tervan from a southern vector prior to launching their attack. The IKS VaKang accompanies the exploratory warship as a “wing man”.

12.10.08 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 6 Hours

MISSION BRIEF: When we left off we were finding things in the ruins of a colony attacked by the Soltans, and the Court was investigating the possible subspace trails left by the ships.

- The ground team (TLak, Karrigan, Colonel Harper) on Tervan Four encounters a recent blast crater and some wreckage that just doesn’t seem to coincide with the rest of the attack damage on the planet and colony. The new evidence does not seem to be adding up to a straight on Soltan attack. Is there a more sinister development to be concerned about?

- The remaining bridge officers of the Agincourt (Condacin, Shadow, Murray, Kairi, and Commander JoNs) continue to sweep the sector for the Soltan approach vector; they find, thanks to the Resident Energy Being, that there is a “photographic image” contained in the subspace ether of the ships that marauded the planet and quadrant. That image yields odd results – the expected Soltan ship configurations (scout ships and larger assault ships), but also Breen inspired ship design.

Colonels Note: Ok, let's do a 6 hour TBS, and next week we'll grab the AT and debrief one another and the Klingons.

12.17.08 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: None

Mission Brief: The Agincourt is heading back to Tervan to pick up the Away Team, and once everyone is back together, there will be a debriefing meeting in the Observation Lounge.

(The Mission Brief is pretty much what the entire sim consisted of, and the sim ended just as the crew was heading to the obs lounge for the meeting. This is the shortest update. Ever. :-P)

We do have events elsewhere in the quadrant though, the below blurb is from the Federation News Network topic on the Boards, entitled Praetorian Candidate Assassinated:

ROMULUS—Tragic news emerged early this morning when a spokesman for Senator Akael Donatra announced that the candidate for Praetor was found dead in her capital city home by an aide.

The cause of death was immediately unclear, but early reports suggest that the Senator did not die of natural causes. At least one source close to the Senator, who asked to remain anonymous, speculated heavily that foul play was involved but couldn't confirm any details at press time.

Word of the Senator's death spread quickly throughout the Romulan Empire and caused the Romulan Mercantile Exchange to drop sharply by over 18% before being closed by regulators by mid-morning as a noticeable pal descended across the entire planet on the eve of the first democratic election for the position of Praetor in the history of the Empire and in the shadow of the devastating attacks on Earth.

Noticeably absent in the immediate response to the news was the Senator's chief rival, Admiral Destorie N'Dak. The Admiral, trailing in some polls and in a dead heat in others, was off world at the time the news broke, campaigning in the toss up system of Alpha Jahari. Upon hearing the news, the N'Dak campaign canceled all events for the rest of the week and began making preparations to return to Romulus. A spokesman for the campaign said only that like all Romulans, the Admiral was "deeply saddened by the loss," but would "wait for more information" before making an official statement.

In recent weeks the campaign had taken on a feverish pitch as it waned into the final days. Both the Senator and the Admiral had renewed their attacks on each other after a short, unofficial truce as both candidates joined in unity to support the Federation in their time of need. Acting Federation President T'Kaal added to the call of sympathy for the House s'Donatra, but like Admiral N'Dak kept her remarks short until more information can be confirmed.

"The Federation has lost a true ally today," she said from her office on Vulcan. "Having experienced the loss of President Swaggert so recently, the people of the Federation extend their condolences to the people of Romulus."

02.04.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 5 Hours

Word of the Week: Anabasis

- The cleanup at the colony planet continues; the Ferengi and Breen raiders who attacked the planet and tangled with the Agincourt are no where to be found.

- Resident Sciences Bat Tay and Resident Energy Being Shadow got a birds eye - or maybe a Bat’s eye? - view of the damage as our resident flyers were sent off the ship in order to fly about in the lower planetary atmosphere. Tay was the lead spotter with Shadow as her wingman.

- Chief Engineer Kassem along with Engineering junior officers Karrigan and Tlak were deployed to the surface to assist the local damage control teams and assess the damage.

- Lieutenant Murray was left in charge of the bridge, which is in minor chaos what with all the incoming planetary data and comms.

- Colonel Harper and Commander JoNs beamed down to the surface to talk with the colony administrators.

02.11.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: None Given

Word of the Week: Tatterdemalion. Look it up. Colonel Harper has no sympathy.

- The Engineering team (Commander Kairi and junior officers Karrigan and TLak) completed the damage control procedures; the local colony militia and repair teams will be able to handle the repairs from here. Likewise, the command team completed their meetings with the colony administration officials. Both sets of away teams beamed back to the ship.

- Resident Sciences Bat Tay was instrumental with visual damage spotting as she flew through the colony planets lower atmosphere.

- Sciences junior officer Julio contacted Colonel Harper with some informational leads: 1.) the analysis of the Raider technology and goop found at the previous planetary site to be attacked (re: the colony with the craters, goop, and the close quarters damage that seemed to be inconsistent with the building damage) has no link to previously encountered Soltan technology. 2.) as for the Ferengi and Breen Raider ships that attacked this current colony: there are certain modifications recorded within the warp trails of the Breen ships, so the Agincourt crew intends to manipulate this modification trail to track definitely the Breen, and possibly the Ferengi ships that attacked this current colony.

- Sciences Energy Being Shadow was educated by Chief of Sciences Lieutenant Commander Condacin on war, love and conflict. Gods save us … wait, I typed that out loud …

- Lieutenant Senior Grade Murray was left in charge of the bridge while keeping the coordinated data incoming and at a smooth data flow. We think that he did manage to retain his sanity … although he is an Engineer so it’s hard to tell at times ... they tend talk to the “so what’s the matter with you today Mister Flux Entry Deflector?” equipment, etc.

- Commander JoNs is claiming that the tiger like Kzinti dispatch officer working for the colony offices is cute … hormonal cat! Le Meow!

02.18.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: None Given

Word of the Week: Bruxism

- The Agincourt sets sail to track and locate the Breen and Ferengi Raider ships that attacked the latest colony.

- Sciences junior officer Julio suggested appropriating (or at least tapping into or borrowing) the communications and sensor technology currently being used for the construction of the Cardosian Array. The array would offer a wider scanning band if linked to the Agincourt sensors, and allow for a decisive sort of tracking program to locate the baddies. Colonel Harper sent off a formal request report to use the facilities.

- Another option, also known as Plan B, was decided on by the command staff and implemented by Lieutenant Senior Grade Murray at the Tactical station: sending out a communications request to the local sector port authorities to communicate with the ‘Court if they have seen or have information on the Raider ships.

- Otherwise, most of the bridge sensor network and consoles are working to track these ships based on the energy exhaust that the enemy ships spit out.

- Lieutenant Junior Grade TLak suffered a lung injury due to her time spent down on the colony planet.

02.25.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 6 Hours

Word of the Week: aeolian

- The request to use the Cardosian Array was unceremoniously rejected in a rather rude text message from the project lead.

- Fortunately, Admiral Vexedon of Deep Space Four contacted the Agincourt with some information on the Raider ships that are on the run; apparently at least one of the renegade ships got cleared through the station's local space patrols and is headed in the general direction for another outpost a little further out.

- The ship and her crew set off on the new tracking direction.

03.04.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: Five Minutes

Word of the Week: Strife

- The Agincourt crew tracked the Breen and Ferengi raider ships to another sector.

- The pirate ships were in the process of attacking yet another colony; after the opposing ships ignored hails, the order was given by the senior bridge officer in command to engage the two hostile ships in battle.

- Shots were fired, and the next sim will pick up with the continuing skirmish.

03.11.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: Short Interval

Word of the Week: aestival

- The skirmish continued; Resident Energy Being Shadow assisted personally with the skirmish and sucked quite a bit of power from the Ferengi ship and scrambled the vessels navigation systems in the process.

- The Ferengi ship is eventually destroyed during the firefight, while the Breen ship is successfully captured and tractored to the Agincourt.

- During the skirmish, the bridge sciences team gained access to an open wireless signal; computer files were swiped and downloaded from the compromised Ferengi vessel, revealing Romulan based language on a few of the incoming data streams. Sciences Chief Condacin, Sciences Lieutenant Tay, and ships Commanding Officer Colonel C.E. Harper set about figuring out why there had been Romulan data stored within the rogue Ferengi ships data banks. Words, words, words, Ie.

- An armed boarding party consisting of Commander JoNs, Lieutenant Commander Kassem and Lieutenant Senior Grade Murray beamed over to the Breen ship to investigate further.

- Junior El Tees Karrigan and TLak coordinated the Damage Control Teams on the ‘Court, while Doctor Sean (Shadow NPC) of Medical tended to an injured Ensign Julio.

03.18.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: None given

Word of the Week: Duodecennial

- The Away Team breached the Breen ships main control bridge; a firefight erupted, the Ex Oh was injured, and the two Engineers riding shotgun comported themselves well during the firefight.

- The combatant crew, who at first glance appeared to be Vulcan, were in fact found to be a Romulan/Rihan crew.

- The data downloaded from the destroyed Ferengi ship was further translated by the Agincourt bridge crew: more links to Romulan activity were found, and the renegade ships, crewed by these Romulans, had orders to harass the Alpha Quadrant as they had been doing. They were not wearing Galae uniforms though, only civilian clothing.

- Who or what organization is backing these seemingly renegade Rihan crews?

- The Damage Control teams on the ‘Court, under the purview of officers such as Karrigan and Williams, continued repairing the battle damage incurred to the big warship.

03.25.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: None Given

WotW: Brumal

- The Agincourt has been ordered, for a bit of a break in the action, by Fleet command to survey a planet for a likely replacement colonization site for one of the colonies damaged by the Raider attacks.

- The ‘Court command team is cutting school: Commander JoNs approached Colonel Harper about the two of them hijacking a shuttle to do some fancy flying and check out the surface of the planet with some on site scans. The marine commander agreed if only because JoNs was not going to leave her alone about the impromptu “command mission”. Woo! Barrel Rolls!

- Lieutenant Commander Condacin and her Sciences team of Ensign Julio, Lieutenant (sg) Shadow, and Lieutenant (jg) Tay went about the process of gathering the preliminary scan data from the planet using the ships sensors and launch probes.

- Sciences Bat Tay will be getting a bats eye view of the planet through her flight vectors, and Resident Energy Being Shadow is doing double duty as well, as, well, an energy probe for even further survey information from the planet’s surface.

- Lieutenant Commander Kassem and her Engineering team, Lieutenant (sg) Murray, Ensign Karrigan, and Lieutenant (jg) TLak, will later beam down to the planet for an on site inspection of the planetary grounds and such.

- For now, junior Engineers Karrigan and TLak handle regular repairs while Mister Murray mans the Tactical station on the bridge.

04.01.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: One Week

Word of the Week: depone

- A Bat and a Ghost chase a Squirrel down a hole in the name of sample gathering.

- The Engineering department, led by Lieutenant Commander Kassem, made planet fall and started going about talking some ground based engineering surveys on the various surfaces. Lieutenant Murray and Ensign Karrigan accompanied their Chief. They eventually came upon a large river tributary.

- Elsewhere, Commander JoNs returned from her shuttle recon and semi-hotdogging mission mapping some sections of the planetary surface. Lieutenant Commander Condacin and Colonel Harper manned the main bridge. We discovered that it was a Xenexian holiday involving bloodshed and Danteri – something different. Xenexians usually always have such cheery Holidays, you know?

- The Bat and Ghost returned to the ship and engaged in a conversation on the bridge regarding the local rodentia with Harper, JoNs, and Condacin. Sin and Will were informed that pouncing or stabbing the sample was not socially acceptable.

04.08.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 24 Hours

- We have some junior leatherneck troops on board the ‘Court being transported to the outer colonies and outposts; they are green privates and are full of juice (insert foreshadowing here).

- Our new Chief of Security C.T. Caine and new Tactical/Assistant Security Officer Paul Messner reported to Exec Officer JoNs at her office on Deck 14 (NNC/Marine Command Central)

- Said foreshadowed brawl breaks out in the main lounge of the NNC; JoNs grabs the two new SEC officers and the three attempt to detain the matter. Karrigan, attempting to perform some repairs in the area, got nailed during the fight.

- JoNs was knocked out cold; she led with her snoot. She mistook Marine Captain Owen Matthews for Left Ear JoNs and babbled something about not knowing what happened to Lefty’s hover cycle … I’m sure there is an as yet unwritten story floating about my subconscious regarding this incident.

- Resident Energy Being Shadow attempted to render assistance during the brawl, and Caine and Messner jumped in as well. Tay, in the general area of chaos, and being the ever resourceful Resident Bat, zoomed up to the deck tiles of the ceiling and hung around to safely observe out of harms way.

- Officers Condacin, Julio, and Murray manned the bridge, and TLak puttered around with various engineering duties. Truly, the bridge was the safest place on the ship during the sim.

- Commanding Officer Colonel Harper had been on rounds visiting the medical bay and speaking with Doctor Socom. Once being informed of said brawl, she bolted to the lounge and proceeded to let loose with some Hoo Rah Hammerfall on the excitable junior Marines.

04.15.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: One Hour

- The Agincourt arrived at the colony planet and offloaded the rambunctious squads of raw Marine recruits intended as replacment troops for the planet.

- Unfortunately, the planet also had plans of its own: massive earthquakes began to roil across the regions. Local planetary response teams mobilize, but the quakes continue to ramp up all over the sections of the planet.

- Can the Sciences department of the 'Court figure out whats causing the tectonic turmoil?

- Medical, Marines, and Security were all placed on alert relief standby.

04.22.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 4 Hours

- The Security, Marines, and Medical disaster response teams make planetfall with a Shuttle and Runabout convoy. They set up camp in a large business complex, in a parking lot that has escaped relative damage. The main office building will be used as a command center, with triage tents set up outside.

- It has been suggested by chief of sciences Condacin that the tectonic turmoil on the colony planet might be caused by the inhabitants in some way; research gone awry? She also points out that the planet had a history of geologic activity. Reps of the science team will be heading down as well to further investigate.

04.29.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 2 Hours

- Marine, Medical, and Security response teams continue to help the local planetary authorities with the post earthquake clean up. The remote command center maintains regular contact with the Agincourt. The Prometheus-class exploratory warship maintains an orbital vector heading and is prepped for a quick pull out of all teams in case it all goes down, literally.

- For now, the planet of Avaros remains relatively stable, no rolling after shocks have boomed, nor have there been any more large quakes.

- The Engineering team was tapped to head planet side; they will be working with the local authorities who are assessing damage on a building by building basis in the main city and the outlying suburbs.

- Sciences Chief Condacin went planet side to meet with the director of the geological, seismic, and tectonic research institute stationed on the planet. (See: “A Visit to the Planet Below”, 04.29.09 Condacin Log)

- Certain questions have been asked, and we now wonder: in the course of their research, did the planetary based white lab coats mess with something that they shouldn’t have?

05.12.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: 4 Hours

- The planet of Avaros continues to have multiple aftershocks in the wake of the initial earthquakes, and our search and rescue and assessment teams are still working planetside to get things under control.

- Engineers Tlak and Karrigan, along with Security Officer Paul Messner were checking out some of the structure stability in the government district. The engineers had dealt with a malfunctioning civilian issue droid previously.

- See the droid shenanigans in the Tlak/Karrigan joint log: “Just another day”

- Will the droid owner be compensated for the property damage?

- Various senior lead and line officers hold down the fort at the Agincourt base camp, including Kassem and Doctor Socom. CENG Lieutenant Commander “Flux” Kassem suffered a bullet wound to the arm during an altercation between her, CSEC Lieutenant (sg) “Junior” Caine, and some local looters.

- See the Kassem/Caine joint log for further details: “Peacekeeping”

- CSCI Lieutenant Commander “Sin” Condacin is still investigating at the scientific research institute on Avaros, and the scientists are nervous with the lead ‘Court scientist poking about.

- What did the scientists cause or not cause with these planet quakes? Do they know more then they let on?

- Marine Gunny “Slick” Hefner, MCapt. “Buddha” Matthews, and Engineering Lieutenant (sg) “We need to get you a call sign, and Krispy (donut obsession) is the logical choice” Murray tangled with and pursued some local looter suspects. The chase leading to the outer perimeter of the city where commercial properties and warehouses are located.

- XO Commander “Will” JoNs and Lieutenant “I’m an NPC, so I haven’t gotten a call sign yet so my author better get it in gear” Mical investigate a warehouse close to where the now destroyed civilian defensive turret had been located and encountered by the two officers while on a shuttle fly over.

- See the JoNs log for further details on the encounter: “Murphy’s Godsmack”

- Will and Mical subsequently encounter a warehouse manifest computer with a trip wire sabotage program, the computer and several storage crates explode, and the warehouse goes up in flames. Any information stored on the computer and any evidence in the warehouse has been scorched.

- Was there any evidence to be found? Do these looters seem a bit better trained then the average looter criminal? Are the roving looter teams in the city connected to the defensive turret and warehouse incidents?

- Buddha and Slick enter the conflagration, locate and slap the downed officers with transport patches, and the injured officers are beamed out and back to the ‘Court base camp. Hefner suffers burns to his arms, and JoNs and Mical have multiple injuries, none life threatening. Doc Socom went about helping Slick (Mr. Marine Stoic. Hoo Rah.), Will and Mical.

- Meanwhile, CO Colonel “Medusa” Harper oversaw the planetary ops and fretted about her ground Squid and Marine teams like a good Marine Shark, and was kept up on developments per the ground team lead officers and the Operations officer stationed on the bridge who relayed all the incoming wireless comm traffic.

- I’d like to reiterate that Commander JoNs did not report in to the Big Shark because she is unconscious, and her communicator badge is totally working Medusa! Yes it is! She didn’t slip off the radar on purpose this time! Warehouse Boomed. G’Day.

05.20.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: One Hour

- Most of our officers and crew remain planetside on Avaros. The wireless comms continue to be overloaded with all ‘Court teams, planetary teams, and emergency response personnel checking in.

- The suspected looter was questioned by Marine Buddha Matthews and CSEC Junior Caine; the man was belligerent and suggested that the Starfleet presence was not wanted or welcome.

- Engineers Murray and Karrigan continued to patrol the area; CENG Flux Kassem sat with injured XO Will JoNs for a while at the medical tent before heading over to the interrogation tent.

- Survivors were located by Marine Gunny Slick Hefner: they were fearful and hiding, of course from the quakes, but also because of a local terror group that seem to be using the chaos to cause their own havoc.

- CSCI Sin was finally granted access to the research institutes computers and equipment; apparently, the equipment went off kilter as the quakes rolled – were the computers going crazy linked with the quakes, the cause of, or the result of?

- It was reported to CO Medusa Harper by a rather groggy Will that the feline XO glimpsed some sort of schematics/maps on the computer in the warehouse before it blew.

05.27.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: None given, or the XO's Player missed it.

- GSgt. Hefner continues to patrol and track an unknown male who escaped from the building that housed some refugees; this Avaros colonist eventually hooks up with other comrades, and they seem to be up to activities not in line with the looters that the teams have been encountering.

- MCapt. Matthews and Lt. (sg) Caine continue to question the captured and irate looter, Harvey. He got agitated, and began to spout semi-conscious ramblings about the Starfleet, the Soltans, the quakes, and other nonsense.

- Lt. (sg) Murray and Ensign Karrigan are out and about, checking sections of the city structures and general layout for engineering assessment purposes.

- Lt. Commander Condacin and Resident Sciences Bat Tay still deal/question with the scientists at the research center, and it might be that their equipment didn’t cause the quakes, but was affected by them somehow?

06.10.09 Agincourt Mission Update:

TBS: Short, long enough for any logs to continue the sim goings on.

- CSCI Lt. Commander Odile “Sin” Condacin, Resident Sciences Bat Lieutenant Tay, and CENG Lt. Commander Kairi “Flux” Kassem continue the information gathering at the planetary research center; there are certain aspects of the situation that do not make sense with regard to the centers equipment.

- XO Commander Kansas “Will” JoNs spoke with ENG Lieutenant (sg) Murray regarding his portion of the search and assessment launch teams: like the department building where both the refugees and looter/terrorist leads were first encountered, the southern section of the city has suffered less damage from the quakes, and the overall building construction is much better.

- Marine GSgt. Mike “Slick” Hefner led a strike team against local colonists that have been identified as the terroristic looters, and SEC Lt. Messner was along for the boo yah ride. The well armed but amateur group were taken down quickly by gas grenades, and thankfully casualties were a non factor.

- CSEC Lieutenant (sg) C.T. “Junior” Caine and Marine MCapt. Owen “Buddha” Matthews continue to question the captured and irate terrorist, Harvey, about his local buds and what they plan to do. The man straight up admitted that the Avarosian terror group have an interest in the Soltans and their brand of law and order.

- Ship side, OPS Lieutenant Gordon Collins reported in to CO Colonel C.E. “Medusa” Harper regarding planetary casualty counts and updates regarding the general ground situation. JoNs, not yet cleared for full duty, beamed back to the Agincourt with a medical escort in tow to watch over her.
