Erein R'Tor Bat'ok log

I got a few seconds of a breather from my last run before the repairs took over my attention.  We are now in the recovering stages from the mine attack.  I am assigned to monitoring the power flow as the repairs progress and transfer power to systems as they are repaired.  So far thing seem to be going alright although there was a power spike in sector 213.  The cause, I do not know for sure, but if it keeps up or happens in other sectors it will cause problems especially if the spike appears in an essential area or during a power transfer.  To attempt to find the source and to monitor the flow I have brought up a display of sectors 190 to 240 incase the cause is an energy serge in the area or if it is a random occurrence.

Repair crews have repaired the torpedoes and I had restored the power flow to them monitoring it as it approached full power. Then I had checked it off on the list I had put on an ISD of the immediate systems to repair.  So far there seems to be no problems with the power levels so the systems are accepting the drain to the torpedoes. Right now everything seems to be going nicely, but since I first started on this ship this post seems like constant work so I should be prepared for any possible complication.  Any type of task requiring work from brain numbing problem solving to physically draining labor.

Erein R'Tor Bat'ok's personal log

Well after four duty shifts I have managed not to blow up the ship, not to get killed, and.... all in all stayed out of trouble.  So I assume this must be a good sign however, engineering is a busy place right now cleaning up the ship after having all those mines attacking us.  The job has been steady work since I first reported fit for duty.  I am not complaining about the work load, but after a while a break is nice just to get away from everything.  It also gives something to look forward to after the work is complete, instead of always getting the job done in time to survive.  Out on the Kll'inghannsu border there isn't exactly any where that would be sanely considered a great place for relaxing shore leave, and here isn't the place to get all relaxed letting any of our guard down.  So in all logic the only way to survive and succeed in defeating the kll'inghannsus is to do my job in a mentality of do or die.

So I guess that exercise program will have to wait until we get to more safer area and the ship is fully repaired, but I think I might grab an ISD to have on hand and start jotting ideas when I get time.  If the work doesn't let up I might have to create a relaxing program or a stress reliever instead. ::a pause in the audio:: I might just be able to put it all in one program.  If I did that then I would have to worry about deciding what program to run and I can get a work out then do something relaxing.  I wonder where I put that blank ISD....
