New Haven Delta (Jupiter Class space station) is receiving its final saucer shipment for the top of the second pylon. A team from Starfleet Corps of Engineers is towing the saucer using a Federation Tug.

Meanwhile the Engineers on New Haven Delta await to assist installation, which will include zero-gravity work. The two teams must work together to ensure the installation's success.
