Anyone know how to make a Borg outfit

Dont know if this will help or not but I had this picture done in Vegas at the Star Trek Hilton. I have seen folks just secure small diameter water hoses from one area to another on a body suit, add a few odd looking things. Best thing to do to look authentic is to watch the borg episodes and freeze frame them on a borg. If you look no 2 are the same.

I'm not a fan of borg outfits, ever since I got flattened by a load of borg rugby players outside a convention who hadn't realised how icy the pavement was. I was picking bits of implant out of my hair for weeks....
