Welcome to STSF!

 

Here are a few helpful pages you can review before embarking on your STSF career.

 

First, check out the How to Sim page to learn how our system of live chat simulations work. You'll also learn key symbols and abbreviations that we use here.

 

Second, head over to the STSF Schedule page. All players begin in the STSF Academy, so find which academies your schedule permits you to attend. Show up to the chatroom about 15 minutes prior to the sim's beginning to request a post.

 

Third, read through the Tips from the Moose for helpful hints and tips and review a chatlog or two to know what to expect when you participate in one of our sims.

 

Finally, if you have any questions, please let any one of our Game Masters (GMs) know or post a reply here on the message boards. Again, welcome to STSF!

not that i did this on purpose but yeah I waited ten+ months to see where or what was going to change here at the stsf..,

 

It was suggested that if I were to proceed I should with some kind of trek-world name rather then m8w so I have considered that over the past ten months ;) and wonder if people would be upset if I were to use my RL name? and if that was a problem or not? I have done so in other forums and the response was difficult so I had opted to not do that. In any event I sat in tonight on the holodeck training from 2200-2300hr. it was neat and so I hope to be upto that speed of simuations and able to commit a night a week to this cause ..
