K'mar - son of Lorgh

"Modus Operandi"

"Modus Operandi"

-----------------------------------------------

As with every other major city, on every world in the galaxy, people swarmed around the streets of the capital on Qo'nos. "First City", as it's inhabitants called it, was full of Klingon warriors walking the streets, some laughing and telling stories to each other of their travels.

Not so for one soul on the streets that day. K'mar, son of Lorgh, was not one of those laughing. In fact, he was quite the opposite. A permanent frown dominated his face, snarling to himself as he passed others.

He looked up as he passed the headquarters of the Klingon Defense Forces. Somewhere in that building was that damned Oversight Council. K'mar uttered a curse as he looked away and kept walking. "Not fit? Weak-minded? Feeble?" K'mar growled.

6 years ago, K'mar had been inside the grand meeting hall inside the building which he now so hated. 6 long years of humiliation and being the brunt of snide remarks, by strangers and family alike.

Still muttering beneath his breath, he crossed a street, then looked back across it at the object of his hatred. Reaching into his pocket, he took a piece of chalk from his pocket and made a small mark on the lamp post behind him. Looking around, K'mar walked away casually, watching for anyone following him.

They would all see sooner or later. Great stories would be told of him, he knew this to be true. No matter what had to be done, it would come true.
