A Point Of Intrigue...

"A Point Of Intrigue"

Tactical Officers Log: Eagle,James,T.,Lt.Jg.:U.S.S. Arcadia

Computer begin log:..Beep...::

The past minutes have been intense and curious to say the least. I have been running and comparing tactical data from our recent encounters. The ship is now underway to Star Base# 113 in this alternate Universe. The Romulan Scout vessel appears to have been a decoy at best;Bait at the very likely. I must concur with Commander Lo Ami on this point.

The data is the strange thing that seems out of place here. The vessel literally blew itself to atoms as we were approaching and scanning it. The tactic we have encountered on a few occasions during this mission. The ship was confirmed as a match to one from our own Universe. The thought has occurred to me it may have been the other Romulan ship we had *painted* prior to this debacle. The other ship was disabled prior to our initial contact with the larger deadlier versions that decloaked.

Data recovered has indeed indicated this is an alternate Universe,Not an alternate time line as some have speculated. I must still maintain my opinion as to the other Romulan ships here and now. I have been reviewing additional data and comparing against prior data we have in record of ships crews, that is the intriguing part.

I will continue to monitor the situation as it develops. I can only hope the recent data does not reveal what is suspect here. I know full well the effects of a bonding, as well as the effect of a mind meld. This situation is even more grave as we move the enemy seems to be one step ahead at all times. The answer may lay within our own ranks. I hope this is not the case in point,however if so...how do we adapt to it and bring the situation to a tactical advantage....Computer End Log::..Beep::. ^_^
