One Wish...

Hey there,

 

I have seen some people talking about this, or mentioning it in passing, so I thought hey...why not start a discussion? ;)

 

The question is a simple one....

 

If you were the Admiral of STSF, or even just a member of the GM Council, and you could change one thing...what would it be?  :cool:

 

Now, a few ground rules....

• Ideas should be realistic.
  
• Your wish can't be to have three hundred more wishes.
  
• Cannot include making a guest appearance on Enterprise.
  
• Cannot include turning STSF into a TV pilot called Star Trek: Series VI.
  
• Cannot include turning STSF into a Vegas Casino.
  
• Cannot include turning STSF into a Theme Park.
  
• Cannot include turning STSF into a political party.
  
• Cannot include turning STSF into an airline.
  
• Cannot include turning STSF into an organization who's goal is to take over the world, further the ideals of Star Trek, and launch a starship called the NX-01 by the 2150's.
  
• Cannot include turning STSF into an organization who's goal is to take over the world and make Klingon the global language (unless you live in Oregon)

Actually, Fred, you forgot to count The Animated Series.  And Star Trek:  Series VII would have to be about the Ferengi (The Series 7 test is what you take to become a stockbroker.)

Just my two cents, don't demade that a character only play in one post. Allow cross training, don't know of STSF already has this, just an idea.

I don't know what I'd do without cross training!  Although it fits in nicely with TOS since hey we make up the rules in that time era as they suit us anyway.  :D

 

We have no rule against it in the forum, so it's a matter of how particular GM teams handle it on their ships.  I've always found it to be useful on mine.  ;)

I think mine would be that I could spell "cockroaches" in the chatroom and not have it appear, "****roaches."

 

That and have donuts pop out of my monitor screen every fifteen minutes.  Or Oreos.  Hell, an ice cream soda on sim nights would be good.

Cockroaches on a Klingon ship are perfectly understandable.  I'm just wondering how the hell they got there in the first place since they are native to Earth.
