Matrix 2

I think I'm just going to wait for the video for this one.

The Matrix had a good idea with a neat twist and it was an interesting plot. Now that I know what the world is about though, I don't see what Matrix 2 will offer me except the same old visual effects as the last movie, but in different situations.

From the previews it looks like Superman X or something

I'm planning to go on Friday with a friend.  We've been both too busy to go see it before then.  But I'm really excited about it.  I have several moves I still want to see this year....  Matrix: Reloaded, Bruce Almight (Jim Carrey playing God), Matrix: Evolutions, Lord of the Rings: The Three Kings...  just to name a few....

They're all movies I want on DVD too.

Plus there's Nemesis (with 7 cut scenes in it!) coming out....  additional seasons of DSD...

Good lord...  I'm going to be so broke, it's not even funny.

additional seasons of DSD...

Is that a new type of drug?  ;)

Just joking.... lol

But, Matrix 2 would be better if I had seen the first Matrix.... oh well. Eventually, I'll see them both. :D

I didn't see The Matrix when it was in theatres, and I had a chance to see it on IMAX but I found out my friends were going too late. Eventually I rented the DVD, and it kicked butt!

So I was one of the people who waited in line to see Matrix Reloaded last weekend, and it kicked butt too!  But there are a lot of unanswered questions (answered in Matrix Revolutions?), and I didn't know about the preview of Revolutions after the Reloaded credits until I got home.

So I'll be going back to the theatre THIS weekend too!

I just saw Matrix 2 today with some of my pals.  And well, the action was pretty good.. I especially liked the highway chase and the fighting, but I felt tha the movie didn't have as good a storyline as the first one, and it was prety predictable too.. I knew exactly what was going to happen before they did it.. but I can't wait for Matrix: Revolution coming out in October.   ;)

I haven't actually seen the movie, but I've read quite a few reviews.

They say that the movie is very action oriented, and that the scenes are downright aweasome, nothing compares. However, some of that *mystery* that came with teh first one has worn off, since you already know what is going on. They do say that it is very good, it is just you won't leave with that same feeling of absolute amazement that you left with in the first one.

I'm still going to see it, Matrix was amazing, lets see how they do the sequel even though sequals are usually worse than the first.

There was one part that was unrealistic as hell, and that was that high-speed chase on Highway 101.

I take Highway 101 every day to work.  "High speed" and 101 don't belong in the same sentence!  (I don't know why they bother with the signs that say there is a 65 MPH speed limit because even on a good day the highest you're gonna get is 50.)

See im now regarded as a geek at school because i have class long debates about the logistics of the matrix.  Im also regarded as a geek because i understand the stuff when both my girlfriend and friend next to me say "What's he talking about?"  And im also a geek because i figured out what the screen's in the architects room were for, the reason he saves zion (that is if he does, im just guessing he does) and what morpheus's profacy was really about.

Hey there,

Well, I just returned from seeing the movie. I must admit I enjoyed it, though I agree the plot was lacking a little. Does make me ask though...how many people actually waited for the credits to end to see the preview of Matrix 3? ;)
