Where, Oh Where Has Callack Gone?

0710.01

USS Agincourt NCC-81762

"Where, Oh Where had Callack Gone"

This log takes place during last weeks sim and a little after. Pretty much during my absence.

Callack relieved the security member that had taken his place at the tactical station when the program glitched. The TSR (Tactical SitRep) program had overloaded the sensors. So he had to shut it down. He then called up another security member to cover TAC as he went to fix the problem with the program. To do the had to go to security to open the program and fix one of the subroutines that linked the sensors with the program and sorted the different scans and displaying them in the correct areas on the displays. The subroutine had degraded and was a quick fix. After fixing it he had made his way back to the bridge and resumed his post.

That's what the young Lieutenant had been doing when the shuttle finally successfully crash landed into the shuttle bay. Once he had settled back into the Tactical station, Callack turned to Harlone, the female security Crewman that had relieved him. "Any changes with the Selshan ships?" He was wispering at this point, not wanting to seem out of place.

Harlone, standing behind her senior officer, replied softly, "Well, we're surrounded. I've been looking for ways to get through this without losing any systems, but I don't know." She seemed disappointed. Callack had been training her to make her better at the station while he had been confined to quarters. She thought that she had let him down.

"Don't worry, I couldn't find anything yet either," said the Lieutenant JG, smiling softly. "Do me a favor and go check on the chief. I want to know if she's ok." After that he brought up the TSR program again, double checking to see if the program was back up and running as designed.

Once Nimetti had gone back to looking at the console, Crewman Harlone turned and headed for the turbolift. She figured she would go and check on the Chief. Her team was on standby and she had a few minutes before her next rounds.

Callack heard the turbolift doors close. He brought up the away team's bios on the TSR display and noticed only 2 members were seriously injured, one of them being Kansas. He also noticed the other 2 security personnel and was glad. He immediately ran scans of the space surrounding the ship. He was totally ready for anything that could happen, or so he hoped.
