Welcome to the Federation Council.

The issue before the Council today is whether to grant final approval for Antede III to become a Federation member.

All players will be divided into one of two factions.

Faction 1 will be arguing for their admittance.

Faction 2 will be arguing against their admittance.

After the game begins, Faction 1 will move over to the Ready Room, while Faction 2 will remain in the Holodeck.

GromVik will be traveling with Faction 1, while Jami will watch over Faction 2.

Each faction will have 20 minutes to come up with their main reasons to support or oppose the Antedeans admittance to the Federation.

Each faction must also select one main presenter and one individual to offer a rebuttal.

At the end of the 20 minutes preparation time, Faction 1 will reenter the Holodeck and the session will begin.

Each faction will be given up to seven (7) minutes to make their main arguments.

After that, each faction will be given up to four (4) minutes for rebuttal.

At the end of the arguments, the Federation Council (made up by STSF Jami and STSF GromVik) will vote on whether to allow membership to the Antedeans.

This plot will require teamwork, so make sure you work together.

In addition, make sure you familiarize yourself about what little is available on Antede III on Memory Alpha.
