New Trek game

Conquest players will be able to take control of Federation, Klingon, Romulan, Cardassian, Dominion, and Breen forces and lead them in a campaign to control the galaxy. Gamers can decide how to best achieve objectives by managing fleets and admirals, building support structures, researching technology, and engaging enemies in combat.

Sounds like fun! Too bad its not PC :)

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why wii?? Do you know that if it's a ship control game it would suffer, quivering if your hand wasn't steady? Otherwise, it probably would be for phaser aiming but what else, are we actually supposed to do work with the annoying controls and then get called over to fight, then run to a weapons locker, have some trouble opening it, and take out the weapon with some trouble, then aim to shoot? Most of the time in Star trek they just randomly point their phasers out of their spots and they hit someone, without any change of direction in phaser(as in they hit in both spots randomly). I think they've gone too far.

Wow, this is a first, someone complaining about the controls of a game before even trying them. I have a Wii and I have to say that in all the games I've played so far I've never had a problem with the controls (at least once I got used to the general concept of the Wii).

I'm not sure I'd buy a Star Trek game actually. Except for Elite Forse I've been disappointed by most of them and since the games cost around 60 Euros I'm not sure I'd be willing to take the risk of buying one I don't like. Well, we'll see, maybe I'll get to try it sometime.
