My favorite is the Akira Class Starship the latest in a lineage including the Nebula and Miranda Classes.

 

I still think they "borrowed" Ideas from the Akira for the NX-01 Enterprise....as some have dubbed "Akira-prise"

For Federation ships, I really love the Akira, Sovereign and Defiant classes. For other races, probably the D'deridex class Romulan ship. :)

Based on aesthetics, I really like the Soverign, and Excelsior Classes. They have very sleek lines. But for an all-round ship, I do like the Akira Class. It's nimble, yet still packs a powerful punch in battle.

I am going to have to raise a glass to the Defaint Class ship, a tough little ship. It was also the first ship I simmed on. Shame no blueprints were avaible until the second year I was on her.

Well, getting out of "big ship" territory - I have always liked the Runabouts, the Maquis Raider from Voyager, and the Klingon Bird of Prey has always been a favorite as well, and the Reman Fighter featured in the Talon coaster "Nemesis".

Although I think he should have been flying an F-106 from the 5th FIS (Fighter Interceptor Sqdn), out of North Dakota.

well...P51D,tiger shark,and the F-15 strike eagle come to mind,however as stated before the galaxy,soverign,akira are all great..but my favorite...the "prometheus",now your talking a star ship that not only has all the advantages of the others,including the "attitude",...it can back it up...an awsome ship :o

For Fed ships I'd probably have to say Soverign and Ambassador, which confuses me as to how I dont even like the Galaxy class...

 

As for Alien ships, I'm a big fan of the Species 8472 bioships. They're sleek and sexy and pwn all ships...like ever :)

Heh, Lyon, I remember when you first joined us on the Exodus. You were raw like good sushi! Great sim that was - good times.

 

I've always thought the Miranda class was pretty cool, probably cause Kahn nearly destroyed the Enterprise with one.
