Joint Log: Ranger(Angel) & Trank(Pneuma)

 

Trank keep an eye on the strangers while I finish here::as he was removing the probes from Darion the barkeep,as well as giving him an order to keep his ears and eyes open for information they may deem ...useful..::.

Trank nodded,and grinned as he observed Darion rose slowly,and exited the room,smiling slightly...and skulking away.

 

Trank waited for Darion to leave them before he spoke to Ranger...::looking at him,"well I am impressed",that was quite the interrogation "..Trank proceeded to the bar,layed some GPL down for the barkeep,whenever he returns,and grabbed a bottle of whiskey from behind the bar...::looking at Ranger:: Care for a drink?

 

Ranger looked back..sure go ahead ,and pour me a double,I will be right back,Ranger turned and headed for the strangers seated at a table,he politely greeted them,new to these parts I see.,well please do not be concerned,just a small security problem,::looking the strangers over..intently::,Oh by the way, we are looking for a few dangerous criminals so please make yourselves at home,and enjoy the bars hospitality...however I am afraid you must remain here for your own safety for now,you will be allowed to leave as soon as we capture the culprits...I will advise you accordingly.,Ranger turned and headed back to the bar,and Trank.

 

Trank had been pouring whiskey while Ranger gave his speech...sliding the double he poured to Ranger as he took a seat at the bar..he quitely began to query..Well do we interrogate them to?,if anything it would add a little more action,and spice to the evenings entertainment.

 

Ranger::taking his drink,and sipping it slowly::..Not right now,I am sure one of them is our rabbit,casually looking at the strangers,one has what appears to be a recent head wound,probably from my shot at him at the port..and from the looks of the tissue,they have an excellent medical person with them,probably a doctor, at any rate I think they are just snooping around to see what they can find out,or possibly a weak spot in our defenses..I do know though our ferringi barkeep here does have and uses listening devices throughout the place ,make sure they are turned on,tuned in,it may lead us to the rest of them,there not going anywhere right now.

 

Trank downed his drink of whiskey,then casually moved behind the bar...looking he came upon a small unlocked panel that appeared to contain some kind of recording devise...flipping the switches the devise sprang to life::looking at Ranger:: there you go..that should do the trick,securing the panel,locking it with a security lock...he proceeded back to his seat and poured himself another drink.

 

Ranger grinning ,removed the power supply from the music box,hands it off to Trank...and that will keep the background noise and interference out of the recordings..::downs his whiskey::,now my friend,let us leave for awhile,post a squadron of guards within eyesight of the bar,just out of the way,and two at each exit,let's let them talk among themselves,it may prove to be an interesting conversation,besides the search teams should be closing in on the others by now.

 

Trank talked into his comm.link with the port,and security teams..relaying the orders to each,finishing the order with "I want a team setup at both the front,and back entrance to the bar..no one comes in,or leaves without authorization from me or Ranger...::turning:: I agree we should leave now.

 

Ranger headed for the front door..::turning and facing the strangers::,We have to go ...for now,your safety as visitors here is of upmost importance ,please do not attempt to leave this place,we will return shortly..by the way..I understand Rabbit stew is the specialty of the house today,please make yourselves at home::turning proceeds out of the bar with Trank,the door closes..and locks behind them....End Log.
