Tactical officers log supplemental

After running several tests on the tactical systems the tests have been successful at managed to get eficiency to 109%imvery confident that they will work on the ship systems willimprove efficiency

spatial torpedo guiding system is also above ships its ship suspects norms. So I'm hopeing to improve all tactical systems. Simulations went fairly well in their is no anomalies so i'm hoping Captain will allow actual tests and also the phase cannons levels were also risentomproving efficiency as well.I fineally upgraded all of the systems and implimented all of the specs and ran several diagnostics all systems check out iam more then egar to test them in combat i'm confedent they will be sucessful
