London Calling

"London Calling"

Log entry 34: 07 June, 2154

<Set about a day before the events of Gallus' log>

Sergio headed home after a day of shopping in Harrod's in London. Earl Grey, camomile tea and other assorted food stuffs, along with a various other things. As is typical for London, the rain pelted the roof of his sports shuttle relentlessly. Traffic was thick as he entered the roundabout near the Bukingham Palace and grew thicker as he entered the M4.

Traffic eventually grew to a virtual stand still he changed lanes and diverted onto the A4 towards Hammersmith and Stanford Bridge where the Chelsea FC football team played. There was a game today versus Manchester United, if he recalled correctly, which was probably the reason of the unusually high traffic. Just then, his communicator beeped into life, it was Starfleet Command in London.

Sergio picked up the comm. "Captain" replied an unidentified voice. "This is Admiral Black. I wanted to inform you that the details of your next mission are ready and will be transmitted to your current location. Go over it, as it is highly important, Black out" The transmission ended as abruptly as it began leaving him once again in silence. The rain had stopped by now, which was probably good for the football match he thought as he passed Stanford Bridge.

"One more thing" said Black, as he once again interrupted his thoughts. "The hearing on your Andorian crewman's aslylum request will begin tommorow at 11 in Starfleet HQ. "I see" Sergio replied. The trial.. yes. Sergio thought to himself. Certainly something he wanted to see unfold, as it was his crewman that was involved, though beyond his control to rectify, at least a bit of moral support could be offered.
