Welcome to STSF Cadet Riley - this is the best site to learn how to RPG in the Trek world. If I can learn/still learn from the players and GM's on here, then you'll do fine as well. Have fun!

We all make mistakes, even those of us who've been doing this next to forever. Two things to remember: 1) Any Academy hosted by STSF N'Dak is a guaranteed suicide mission. 2) Never compare the GMs to Captains Bligh or Queeg if you want to get graduate sometime before the turn of the century.

 

That being said, I'd recommend reading: How to sim, as well as: Tips from the Moose
