i feel stupid

why do i find this site so hard to use am i stupid or am i missing something? i am very exited about what is offered here and i want to join in i just fee like i have no idea how this all works in fact i'm not sure this is where i should be typing this. so any help tips hints would be much appreciated.

If you're confused about how the simulations are run, they are in real time in a chat room, text based. Check the schedule to see when there is an academy and log into the chat rooms at www.stsf.net/chatroom.php at that time. Academies are in the Holodeck, so be sure you are in that room. The hosts will walk you through from there.
