Changing Display Name

Just wondering if the ability to change one's display name has been removed? I read in the board question section about how to do it, but that actual option is no longer there in the profile manager.

You just send me a message (as Jorin did tonight) and the name can be changed (as it did here from Cdt. to Ens.)
