And so it begins again,our fighter group were waiting for the Reaents crew to clear and make repairs to the fighter deck to enable us to land,take on fuel,and rearm the fighters when it appeared back on our long range scans,that hellish ship had been able to track and follow us afterall.

 

 

I listened to the flash comm between the Reaent and our group leader,listened as the order to intercept and cover the Reaent as she moved away to a possible point of saftey..I listened as my ol'buddy put his two cents in to Zafira,yes we were near fuel depletion,and armaments being exhausted I full well understand,however I am as certain the crew of the Reaent has done all within their collective abilities to make a way for us,just not enough time.

 

 

I broke comm.and talked to my friend,and in an attempt to lighten the mood gave a few words of encouragement,even though we all know the possible outcome of this action we are in..hey you don't want to live forever any way,I think that may have helped cut the tension a bit,I was still receiving reports of the pilots in Bravo when the order was given to engage the Raptor,and to fire at will.

 

 

Seconds turn to hours,minutes turn to days in space/aerial combat we have made run after run,I watched as one of Alphas slammed into that ships shields and literally was scattered to the solar winds..well we are all doing rather poorly right now with few options left,the Reaent has taken more hits,and we as a group have all but gotten to the point of throwing spitballs at it.

 

 

We have received some goos news the Raptors shields seem to be weakening and that means we must keep pouring it on,giving it no break..I have an idea that may just work...no time to banter it in discussion with Zaf,or V'Roy..::flipping the switch on the onboard computer system mgmt.:: Computer ...what is the output of a matter anti-matter overload coupled with remaining phaser bank overload and what effect would it possibly have on the Raptor,at close proximity,and detonate just prior to impact with their protective shields::..I can hope that I have enough time to eject/jettison the pilots cockpit prior to impact,gonna be close,only thirty minutes of flight suit lifesupport to boot...Computer End Log::...beep.
