Ok kids, check out the Evil Inc webcomic (evil-comic.com), this week. Its got a Star Trek-based storyline going, with several supervillains staging a heist against ::cough, cough:: Don Luke "The Trekkie" Piccardo. Enjoy. :)

Did you know that If I were to choose 57 people at random, there is over a 99% chance that I'll choose two with the same birthday? I just spent my lunch choose 57 random facebook friends. And then I did 57 random celebrities, and then I did 57 random athletes. What a wierd principle. . . I sufficiently entertained myself for the day.

Just realized that Danielle Rousseau from Lost was in Babylon 5.

::chalks up another reason why she needs to get around to watching that show::

I'm Lost? Which show do you need to watch?

Personally, I stick with story content and try not to follow actors... However, to rebute that, I would go see a Nicholas Cage or Will Smith movie simply because they are in it. Wierd, huh?

I started with Star Trek and then branched off: got interested in checking out DeForest Kelley's western movies based on his stint as Dr. McCoy. Some people follow actors from show to show and movie to movie, others stay with all shows of a certain genre, etc.

And then you get the fluke TV shows that develop a cult following of fans so enthusiastic about the characters and the show that it's sorta scary...wow, I'm glad nothing like that ever happened to Star Trek.

And, this is way too close to a topic! This can't be tolerated!

Corndogs...do we really know what they're made of?

I believe the question is: Do we really want to know what they're made of ?

You won't be saying that 6 months from now! But yeah, it was frikkin hot today wasn't it? Apparently, there was a big black out in Toronto today, and the hotel the Queen was having dinner at was affected. (They had back up generators though). But not the part of the city I'm in. Go figure :P

5.4 Earthquake in SoCal. Not a big deal....

Or is it..Quakes have been progressing Northwestward from the big 7.2 Baja Quake. This one jumped to the San Jacinto Fault..which does wind up closer to LA . If the trend continues..my house is really going to be shaking the rest of this year.

I hope people actually -listen- to the songs I post on Red Star Lounge. It's a lot of work thinking of new titles.

Oh, and where do all these CGI Avitars come from?

I do.

Both Scooter's and T'Mir's avatars came from SecondLife. Will's, when he pulls it up, was done by Sam Kent.

T'Aral, I know I've asked this before. Perhaps if you post the info. How do we 'listen' to the music?

Do a search on youtube for the author and title.

My puppy's back! My puppy's back!

I was so worried about him. He had disappeared yesterday morning then we had a really heavy rain. He was no where to be found. Then we started looking again this morning and a neighbor was driving around with him in the back of their SUV looking for his home! The best I can figure is somehow he slipped under the fence (probably chasing a critter) and then found himself outside the fence and couldn't figure out how to get back in...

I'm SO happy!!!!

You mean you don't to it *every* morning?

I started drinking coffee at my first job just so I could chat with this cute young admin assistant who drank it. I became hooked. Then I stopped drinking coffee to impress my wife with my will power to stop relying on caffine to wake me up in the morning. Now she's a raging coffee-holic. So I started drinking coffee again. Now I'm quitting again because I don't like what coffee did to my smile, but I'm sure I'll regress one day.

This is too much like a topic. . ::makes a hard left turn::

I was asked to compile a list of all of our engineers for management this morning, and I started to write down the engineers for the Agincourt. I got them all on the spreadsheet before I realized.

Its probably because I didn't have my coffee
