Oooooh! The drama! It was almost as intense as the kind portrayed in one of the daytime soaps that was shipped to Qob from the homeworld! Illicit romance! Passels of unborn love-children! And of course... the town gossip who set everything spiraling onto their oh-so-dramatic courses.

 

Yes, Tro'NoQ did rather like fulfilling the role of the last item. What better fun than to go running onto the Bridge with news like the kind he had! The paternity tests had such splendidly juicy results -- he just couldn't keep them all to himself! Besides, he had wonderful seats for the next Jell-O round. Goodie!

 

He'd make up a little batch of strawberry and bubblegum divinity candies for Kwalus. She'd get over it soon enough, he was sure, and he'd crossed his fingers when he went off on the confidentiality bit. It was Qob after all, and the word "secret" had come to mean something that was known by everyone on the ship. "Common knowledge" was usually mundane dribble that no one cared about anyway.

 

Mind working overtime on the twins, he started dialing some notes in for community events regarding the birth. First of all, he already had some plans in the works for a baby pool. And the two did need names... surely there was a way they could all participate in the official naming of Stinky and Smelly.

 

He looked up at the Bridge around him, smiling. Life really couldn't get much better than this. It really couldn't.
