USS Agincourt Chat Log

July 26, 2397: The separated Agincourt has just gone through a vortex in pursuit of two alien ships that moments ago destroyed the USS Gideon and attacked merchant vessels. TBS: 15-30 minutes

"Sir... helm non-responsive..."

"Aye, along with about half our bridge systems. Engineerings working as fast as they can though..ack!" -- Pilot and JoNs

"The overview is just about every system took a beating. We're lucky we didn't lose structural integrity and vent into space. Life support is holding at least for now, and the casualties from Engineering are pretty much cleared out." -- Toren to Murray

"Can you sense something Doc?"

"There is something ..I can't put my finger on it." -- JoNs and Levy

"Best guess is... out near Gamma Quadrant."

"With our luck, I'm going to assume we're not anywhere near the wormhole?"

"No."

"Low-end guess on how far from familiar ground... about 25,000. High-end's up to 50,000."

"O'd'yl, you're not making me a happy colonel." -- Condacin and Harper

"We have a sensor contact, 1 light year, bearing 175 mark 24."

"Do we know if it's one of ours?"

"Col... it's a debris field."

"Still... do we know if it's ... ours?"

"It's hard to tell, but, the mass looks like it could be one of our sections." -- Rieve and Day
