“So Many Biohazards, So Little Time”

 

Garnoopy sat at his station on the bridge, and he tapped his panel, listening to the orders the Captain was giving out. Poor Crewman Red had died due to a biohazard that had been set loose on the ship from the returning away team, and the away team wouldn’t be much of a help, since they were still in sickbay, getting cozy on a biobed.

 

He sighed, and then listened as the Captain ordered him to work with science, they needed to find how the virus got onto the ship, and develop a means to detect it. Unfortunately, if the biohazard completely slipped by every single detection method they already had, it was unlikely that without an autopsy from medical, they would find anything.

 

If one crewman had died, it wouldn’t be long until the rest of them either began to feel symptoms, or simply keeled over and ceased to be.

 

If only the shuttle had landed in the right shuttle bay… he shook his head. Now was not the time, there was no time to dwell on what had happened, it was time to move on, and find out what was wafting through the ships ventalization systems, possibly waiting to take each and every one of them to their graves.
