They're getting rid of the poor guy just because he has new, innovative ideas.

 

Advertising for STSF on "inappropriate" sites.  :o  Good idea! Isn't that...industry...the biggest source of income and hits on the entire internet business region combined? We'd get lots of traffic!

 

Charging STSF members a monthly fee.  :cool: Good idea! Why not make ourselves rich while we sim? Of course current members, those who graduated prior to 4/1/03, would be exempt from the fee..of course!

 

Bring A9 back!

The A9 plan is on the right track... but definitely not enough if we want to continue past months' growth trends into the next quarter.  We could send out STSF CD's to every household in the country, offering 1000 free hours of simming.  If it doesn't work the first time, just keep sending CD's until people finally give up and start using them as hood ornaments.  All those new people, and the advertising... all for the great value of 255 million times the price of one postage stamp!

I think we are lossing one of the best GM's STSF has had in the time since I have been here. The Wensday academy will never be the same, except for Dac killing us all.

There were more than 1 who was confused, and I can tell you, there was a GM in the bunch who thought it was real for a while also... :: grins :: Of course, I can't tell you whom.

I've fixed his post.  The problem as pointed out was his IB Code did not include a proper close tag [/move].  

 

The reason the board requires all open tags to be closed is that it will keep applying that format to it for the page.  So if someone improperly closes a scroll tag, EVERY SINGLE word on the page below that would be scrolling.  And as you could imagine, that could make the page look awfully ugly.  lol  

 

(Trust me...  I've seen it before... especially when ya have some funky formatting like bright yellow text on a red background.)

 

Any tag thats open MUST be closed in the same post in order to be parsed (processed by the server).  :o
