Gotta have'em all.

Back when I rode an ambulance, there was this one hospital we used to go to on a regular basis- St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, in Paterson. They had the best Jelly donuts I'd ever had: a light shell of dough filled with jelly, and granulated sugar sprinkled on the outside. Man, they were good.

I'd go with jelly filled with powdered sugar BUT the way we make them over here in Germany. There are qite a few things I miss about being in North America but donuts just are better over here though you don't get the variety.

By the way, last summer my dad and I sacrificed ourselves for a daring experiment. We wanted to find out who's get the better donuts: Tim Horton's or Dunkin Donuts.

Our results... Tim Horton's did win but could not keep up with the Greek ones we managed to get hold of during a Greek festival.

I've always been partial to the crullers Tim Horton's sell. Second to that, the custard filled ones (Boston Creme).

I is a Dunkin' Donuts Person.

Then again, back when I was even only 3 years old, if we got donuts, it was dunkin donuts. I actually had never really heard of Tim Horton's till last month. Must be cause I live in the South...

I eat a donut maybe once every three or four years. My favorites are those little white powdered donut holes. After that I think I like the regular donuts with the white frosting and sprinkles, or the chocolate with sprinkles.

Glazed is never bad either.

I find those to be really, really chewy and hard to digest.

When I was a little creep, I ate glazed donuts. Especially liked the twisted kind. But, that was when they still made donuts with real sugar and flour and stuff. Now, it just doesnt taste the same.

Today, when I do eat them, its either a HoneyBun or a plaincake from hostess or wonder or whoever makes them 12 in a package. ::shrug::

OK, when my sister and I were growing up mom would take us to the donut shop and let us get donuts for breakfast sometimes, like if it was a weekend or something and she didn't want to cook. One time I got a dozen donut holes and my sister got a sugar glazed one.

Well, my sister reached into the bag and took one of my donut holes. After I told mom she said I could help myself to one bite of her donut. And help myself I did. You would be amazed at how much donut can constitute "one bite" if you put your mind (and mouth) to it. All my sister got was the tiny bit I couldn't fit in my mouth because I was holding it.

How is Strawberry Frosted not an option even though it's the one Homer's eating in the picture? That's my pick.

That's what the "Other" category is for, Joe.
