The Science and Medical staffs of the USS Medusa,

have been dispatched to collect various plant

and soil samples from Melkos 4. The planet

is 84 aquatic, but since most medicines are

plant derived, Starfleet proposes to sample

the plantlife on this new planet, and see

if something useful can be found.
