The Manticore has been decommissioned! The ship, along with

the USS Babylon, is docked at Starbase 1. These ships have

just worked together to uncover a deep plot by former Consul

General Jaffe. The Starfleet Inspector General has completed

his investigation into Jaffe's affairs and removed her from office

while restoring Atragon's command status, with no assignment.

The Federation Council will now decide if there is still a need for a

Black Ops fleet and these two ships sit in limbo in the meantime..
