Help our acadamy sims!

Hello all,

This is a request you have heard before, but we still need your help!  I am not a GM, but I think I can honestly say academy sims run better with more particpants. As mentioned by GMs in after sim notices, people who have long since graduated Academy can still particpate!

With that in mind, if we can get a few more simmers on SUNDAY NIGHTs  that would be great!  Laura and Rock are  doing their best, and as a weekly particpant in these Sunday night academy sims..they can bring good sims to the table. So please, if you have nothing to do on Sunday Nights around...visit the academy and have fun with new and older simmers alike!

For more peaple to show up on Sunday, make the Sim at like 10, not midnight. The time is better because peaple arnt going to bed at 1 am, when they have work/school the next morning. If it was a saterday, then the time is better, but the time sucks for a sunday night

Perhaps you are right RC,

Given most people live in the Eastern Part of the US..this sim time is a bit late for them true.

However being on the west coast..I couldnt make your proposed time. sorry!

Most people live on the East Coast??  Well, I'd like to keep STSF from becoming too Atlanticentric, eh?  We need to have sims, both training and advanced, running at times that are convenient to ET and PT and all Ts in between.

Even Mr. T.   :)  Ohhh, I pity da fool!!!

ok, ok, so I'm showing my age (or that I get "TV Land" cable channel, eh?)

well I live on the west (but Canada) but I still think 12 is late. Make it at 11 at the lattest, or change the day.

We are currently looking to initiate more academies at various times, so your suggestions are appreciated.  The times are subject to GM availability, of course, but we do hope to have more slots available, soon.

Well, part of the reason I'm hosting the Sunday 2400 is because I reside on the West Coast most of the year.   Anything before 8 -- 2300 Eastern -- is just out of the question, and 9 or later is better.   :)    So hopefully we'll start attracting some late-night Easterners or late-evening Westerners...

Well ya got one West Coast simmer here to help you out.  Oddly STSF provides me the only sims I can particpate in!

::does a West Coast gangsta hand gesture::

Wish I could help you GM...but I am not at that level yet!

The best way to get more times available on the schedule is to get more people involved with STSF.

Why should we stretch ourselves thin offering 30 SIMs and have only 2-3 people on each one?  I would rather see us get a good crew on each SIM and as it becomes harder to find an open post, THEN expand.

So ya wanna see more times?  :)  RECRUIT!  Bring 'em in!  And when you see them in the Academy, keep 'em interested!  Mention our new folks by name.  If they feel welcome to our little corner of the world, they'll come back.

We've been averaging 130 visitors to our website each day.  (How do I know this you ask?  Simple...  I am the STSF.net Web God.  I see all, I hear all, and I know all.  Not to mention I am sometime just plain full of it.)

Anyway...  lets see if we can get more of those people visiting into the chat rooms and playing the game!
