Payton Manning breathed a deep sigh as he followed his friend Libby down the alleyways of Risa, until he finally met up with Ellis, who laid on the street bruised and battered. "Sigh. Can't even go an hour on Risa without getting beat up by the local thugs, eh?" said Payton. "It has to be a new record -- even for you" Together, Payton and his comrades helped Ellis back to his feet.

 

"So, what'd you go to warrant getting so beat up? You shoot 'em in the head with your paintball gun?" Payton chuckled. He really shouldn't be chuckling at Ellis' misfortunes. But, he always was the type of guy to be in these kind of stick siutations. It's a combination of genetics and fate.

 

Payton watched in silence as Dr. T'Linna looked over Ellis. It was hard to guage any kind of reaction towards a Vulcan, but judging my her demanour, Payton was fairly certain that Ellis would be just fine. "He is alright, right?" asked Payton, who was still looking over T'Linna's shoulder. "If so, then maybe we can still salvage what's left of our vacation"

 

Payton still had his paintball gun and phaser with in, just in case they encoutnered anymore trouble. It's not like it mattered anyways. Like Ellis and Libby, Peyton Manning of the USS Reaent, isn't exactly what he claims to be. In reality, he's never even set foot on the Reaent, and only knows Captain Michaels and Commander Redire by name only. It wasn't his problem if the Reaent ended up banned from Risa for whatever Payton planned to do here, was it?
