Jounral Entry

[N'Rycus 0]

N'Rycus settled himself into the shuttlecraft seat. The Federation designed craft grated on his senses, the curve of the seat, the sound of the equipment, the air and lighting all were foreign and disjointed to his engineering experience. Thankfully the trip from Camelot to Avalon was short and he could ease into these alien environments a little at a time.

 

Taking the brief moment the Romulan pulled out a small leather bound book from his coat. N'Rycus had learned sometime back from those older and wiser than himself that personal journals in digital form rarely remained personal. Taking out the pen, jotting the time, date, and their current location he began his thoughts.

 

"I have arrived in the Avalon system. I was glad to be transported by my old Commander aboard the Romii S'Tapa."

 

"I met the Ambassador. She thinks my sole purpose here is to be a thorn in her side. I suppose such paranoia is good among the diplomatic corps, when properly directed. As long as we each stay to our duties there should be good progress made. If not, then her fears may become well founded."

 

With the slight shutter of the shuttle beginning it's atmospheric descent N'Rycus replaced his journal into his coat. As they descended the mists of Avalon slowly parted and he prepared for the work ahead.
