Later came into contact with the Soong Android "Lore" on board the Borg vessel. Had his right arm surgically removed and re-fitted by the android.

Investigation of Cadet Jackson Apollo Craven

The purpose of this inquiry was a probe into the recent confession of one Mr. Jackson Apollo Craven that he had a previously unreported encounter with the Borg Collective, which surfaced during his application to Starfleet Academy - in accordance with the United Federation Of Planets mandate and Starfleet Charter section 34 paragraph 3 subsection (a).

 

SUMARRY OF FINDINGS: Cleared for admittance, apparent and believable lack of reccountabiltiy both beyond a resonable doubt and on a balance of probabilities.

Given the opportunity for command-level positions he would no doubt excel in motivation, dependance and determination, but may require some guidance with respect to the more subtle inter-personal nuances to the job.
