It never ends

"It never ends"

Log entry 31: 13 March, 2156

You load sixteen tons, and what do you get?

Another day older and deeper in debt

St. Peter, don't you call me, 'cause I can't go

I owe my soul to the company store

- Merle Travis

The fun never stops on the Challenger. Whether it's breaking up fights in the messhall for the last sausage, or dealing with weird aliens with comic book powers, there's hardly anything that the intrepid Security crew of the UES Challenger hasn't seen or encountered as of yet.

Having just vanquished the Human Torch, on Nequencia, and rescuing Commander Cole, TParek and Westler from the gas filled brig, Sergio hurriedly makes his way to Auxilliary Engineering where there is yet another intruder aboard that he is to deal with. Leaving Cole and the others to Dr. Mclennan's care, Sergio darts towards his new destination like a shot.

Whether he likes it or not, it is now his job to ensure the crew of the ship are safe and sound. It's times like these when Sergio wished he just stayed in Science. Nothing ever happens in Science. You just merrily chart the stars and catalouge new species you encountered. A safe, yet.. satisfying job.

Who am I kidding? Thought Sergio. Grey is so much better at running Science then he ever did. Heck, he hardly knew they even had a Science office on the Challenger, and mainly just stayed up in the bridge all the time. But it had it's moments too. Nonetheless, Sergio's responsibilities have changed from exploration to protection.

He locked and loaded his phase pistols and rendezvoused with his grunts and the MACOs by the Aux. Engineering doors, leading his batallions inside. Sergio looked around, and saw some of the Challenger crew already there. Making his way, Sergio silently split up his team and proceeded to terminate the threat onboard. Just another day in the office.
