(1) Your filename (it's not a URL!) points to something that's stored on your computer's hard disk. You'll have to either find a copy of it on a computer that's serving the file to the Internet or upload it to somewhere Internet accessible if you want us to be able to see it.

 

(2) Not everyone here has Windows Media Player. Some of us do not use Windows. (Windows Media Videos are usually viewable by those of us using Macs, Linux, etc. we just use different software to watch them). So, if you find a copy of it on the Internet, or upload it somewhere that's Internet-accessible, most of us can potentially see it.
