Hey there simmers,

 

My names J, and this is my first time here at STSF. I plan on hitting up a few academies soon and getting right into the thick of it, but I feel a wee bit lost.

 

I'm not really an experienced chatter as far as Irc/Java goes, but I have done online role play before, in a completely different universe (Final Fantasy) many years ago.

 

For starters, is the name you play as in the chat room (eg Holodeck) always the same as your Message board account name? What I mean is, should I create a new account that says Cdt_Craven or can I change my screen name to that in the chatrooms?

 

thats pretty much the big question I had, I'm sure the rest of my questions can be answered in the Academy.

You can create whatever name you like on the chatrooms, it doesn't have to me your account name.

The only thing you need to watch out for is the T'Venus S'Fly Trap. It was brought here by the Rihans and placed in the lobby. It snaps.

 

And don't believe all this hype about the GM's killing cadets..MRRRPH.
