A Blast From The Past

Hi all, How about a retro cool blast from the past:

This is a 1953 original, written by Carey Rockwell. I saw it and just couldn't resist. I purchased it for about $12.00 from an antique store. It's in good condition. Sorry for the huge pic. ;)

 

I love stuff like this because it is all 1950's retro space. The illustrations are great, showing all kinds of *bubble* space craft and the like. The storyline is totally classic space and rockets, space cadets. It is like a 1950's sim. The pre-Trek pioneers of 50's science fiction television.

 

Okay, this has been Kansas Geeking Out.

 

Anyone else have any retro purchases or interests? Have at it.
