Below is classified information detailing recent activity within Starfleet Command which has taken place in sectors near your field of operations. Subject matter is for your eyes only, limited dissemination to individuals with security clearance alpha-one is acceptable as you see fit.

- U.S.S. Rabin has completed diplomatic trade talks between the Alpha Centuri and Bajor. Diplomatic representatives from Bajor currently en route home.

 

- Exploration of Sector G-302 completed by the U.S.S. Challenger, NCC-71099. Vessel currently on course for Deep Space 4.

 

- Reported distress signal detected by station Sky Harbor Aegis has been investigated. Further details pending review by dispatched vessel, U.S.S. Pandora's Box.

 

- Refit of U.S.S. Yamato has been completed at Starbase 173. Ship scheduled for deployment within two weeks.

 

- Communications Relay G-4021 near Tholian border is currently offline pending refit of computer subprocessors. Related transmissions being diverted to Communications Station Golf-472.

 

- U.S.S. Manticore, NCC-5852, has failed to report in as scheduled. Believed to be caused by interference from a black hole the ship was investigating.

 

- After completing nearly fifty years in active service, the U.S.S. Shelley, NCC-45321, has been decommissioned Vessel will complete deactivation protocols for next six months and pending safety inspection is scheduled to be sold to the Federation Civilian Cargo Transport Corporation.

 

- Recently rebuilt Dominion attack fighter 4928-3029/E will be flying test runs near Starbase 129 over the next six weeks. Purpose of diagnostics is to verify performance, as vessel is scheduled to be used in war games and experimental class testing.

 

- Investigation into situation dealing with destruction of the U.S.S. Republic, NCC-1371-D. Survivors from vessel currently aboard U.S.S. Sprint, en route to Sol sector. Senior persons of the Republic currently under arrest due to suspicious activity perhaps involving violation of orders prior to ship's destruction.

 

- I.K.S. Drovna is scheduled to depart Deep Space 9 for a scheduled survey mission of the Gamma Quadrant sensor relays. Mission is the sixth joint Federation-Klingon effort to confirm if any allied assets on the far side of the Bajoran wormhole survived the Dominion attack.
