Koshic sat in the command chair of the Arcadia. The senior staff had retired for the time being which left him in command.

 

He rubbed his temples, every since he had used what ever the heck that necklace was, something had been odd, out of place with him. He couldn’t yet pin-point it. His eyes were heavy as he looked out the view screen, he needed rest—he hadn’t slept since they had gotten back from the Talon.

 

He adjusted himself in the command chair; his head hurt and his mind was wandering. He kept his eye on the view screen. After his shift was over, he thought, he’d go to sickbay then get some rest. He glanced at the chrono at the bottom of the view screen just a little while longer…
