TKAR -Security log ......to CSEC -Dear Sir : This is to inform you that Ensign FHJGHG is relieved of duty for now inpending your orders.Due to these circomstances 1> Being late for duty shifts <more then an hour more then once> 2>Not noting the staff or officer on duty that she or he is going to be late<DUE to medical or other emergency.3>Telling the officer on duty to go to what you humanolds say to hell and a few other words that i do not understand.4>Not going with the security team when found. Please advise me on what procedures we should do,should the ensign see the doctors in sick bay or the Councelor -----TKAR OUT
