STSF chat room

As im now sure that some of you have heard last night, thursday the chat rooms on st.com were down for some time forcing the reaent crew to sim in the stsf chat room.  Now i know that the thought of an stsf chat room has never discussed, which is why i was suprised to find the room and later sim on it.  Of course im sure the idea of an emergancy chat room like this was in teh works for some time incase things like this happen (Lest we for get about the issuses a while ago) but obviously we werent told and it kinda makes me wonder what else is cooking in the deeps of this website.

Yes...  we do have an "emergancy" room to use just in case there are problems with getting into Paramount's rooms.  It's nothing really out of this world, but it works and lets folks get through the hour without going crazy because they can't get together with the rest of the crew.  ;)  

 

As posted in another thread, I'm always dreaming up something or another for possible use with the website.  Not all of my ideas are brought out publically because there are several that never play out.  For example...  if I was playing around with a couple possible games to build into the site and talked about them here...  then ya'll would start looking for them and expecting them.  But if I was not able to deliver them, ya'll would not be too happy with me.  It's been my policy in the development stages not to talk about something until I'm sure I can deliver it.  

 

But it does not mean I'm not doing anything...  I'm always playing around with something or another.  lol

We actually used the emergency chat room for the QoB~Lakota once.  Like Webbie said it's nothing spectacular, but it works.

 

Two things I liked about the STSF room were the clickable emoticons and that we can cut and paste our own chat logs.

LOL...  don't get too used to the room.  We only keep it around in case of major emergancies.  :;):

 

Part of our agreement with Paramount for them linking to us is that we use their rooms.  So while I'm very pleased you like the rooms...  they're only our "backup" location.  :D
