Hello people,

 

I am new to this website and new to simming too. I have a few questions: Where can I get tips on simming in the chatrooms? Also, can I watch other people sim in the chatrooms? Plus, do you have to have a "cdt." or "ens." at the begining of your username?

Hi and welcome to STSF!

 

You can find simming instructions by going to the how to page, which is linked to from our main home page. You may also want to check out the more advanced Tips From the Moose, a subforum of this folder.

 

You can watch people sim. If you need to find the times of sims, see our schedule (and be sure to convert the timezones from Eastern/Pacific, if necessary). You can also play in academy games to learn how to sim and eventually, to graduate and earn a place on an advanced sim.

 

You do not have to have Cdt at the beginning of your username. You should avoid putting any rank other than Cdt in front of your name, because that's just confusing (when you come into the academy, your rank is cadet).
