Trapped Like Rats

"Trapped Like Rats"

Log entry 65: SD 10506.08

Trying once again unsucessfully, Seiben attempted to pick the lock that secured the hatch on the ceiling of the large room that he was trapped in. After several attempts, a dejected Seiben resigned to the notion that nothing he can do will get them out of here, and climbed back down on the ground. This was a very large room, that was basically empty except for the ladder and the hatch for the slide.

Seiben had no idea how he got here. One minute he was enjoying his local beer at the pub of the restaurant of the Wadi Installation minding his own business, and the next, he was sliding down this long and slippery sliding, crashing into Commander Jax mid-way and landing on top of her at the end. It definately was weird. First Jax dissapearing out of nowhere and them him.

Other than Jax, though Commander Robinson and Admiral BluRox were also present and trapped in the room. None had any idea how they arrived here, or more importantly, how to get out. Standard Starfleet weaponry proving ineffective as demonstrated by Mr. Robinson earlier on. Seiben resumed pacing around the room, until he got tired of it and sat down on the floor leaning on a wall.

Comm-badges also proved to be ineffective as well, as noted by the dull chirp signifing a dead connection. Seiben sighed deeply wondering how they'd get out of this one.. Trouble seemed to follow him and the Republic wherever they went, even when Seiben wasn't doing anything at the time. He thought to himself. He looked at the entry way that led to the slide that brought them down here, but it was much too slippery for them to climb up.

Why was it that stuff like this had to happed to him, and the Rep crew? He thought to himself. Are we just unlucky or cursed when it came to Away Teams? Seiben started to rack his brain trying to come up with a solution to get them out, but was unfortunately unable to come up with anything. He poppped a stray bubble near his face and stood up on his feet again, hoping either he or someone else would get any kind of inspiration out of here.
