Mission Summaries

0312.10: We clear the infested region and continue at warp 4 while engineering works to repair our badly damaged hull by using tritanium from carefully selected bulkheads.

We are scanned briefly by some unknown source. We are unable to locate the origin.

0312.17: The Qob detects a small ship on long range scanners. As we get closer we confirm that it is a B`rel Class Scout ship, the IKC Qo'latlh, adrift in space. We only detect small energy readings and some very faint life readings. We move in closer to investigate.

0312.30:  We decide to take a landing party of Rhoz, Vanory, Garnoopy and Messner aboard the Qo'latlh after remote attempts to probe the adrift Klingon scout ship's computer fail.  Upon landing, we find that many systems are damaged:  Lights on, gravity off, minimal life support.  The faint life readings are pinpointed to Engineering.  The party heads down and finds ten stasis units hooked up with ten live sleeping Klingons.  Access to the ship's computer core shows much file damage.  Back on the Qob we pull up our files on the Qo'lalth.  She is a B’rel Class scout ship lost in the vicinity of the wormhole of Deep Space Nine during combat against the Federation (approximately ten years ago).

0401.06: The ten units are brought to the Qob to be activated. The crew in them matches our records for the Qolalth crew. We choose the HoD Ro'ker to wake first. After an initial disorientation, he agrees to be treated for stasis related medical conditions. We next wake his first officer.

0401.14: The doctors continue working on the first officer of the klingon vessle until she awakens. She, as the HoD of the vessle was, is not happy seeing other Klingons in the area. The Engineering crew are sent back over to the other vessle to take another look to see it it can be repaired. They are hoping to at least get the computer to come online enough they can run a diaognastic. HoD Ro'Ker is awaiting Bch in the lounge while a guard watches over him.

0401.20: Medical awakens the Qo'lalth first officer K'laQ as Bch discusses the situation with the HoD Ro'ker in the Qob conference room. Both officers prove to be unwilling to accept help from the Qob and respond in dishonorable aggression. Both are beamed back to their ship once our own repair crew has life support up and has returned. We also beam the remainder of their crew and stasis units back.

0401.27: Our ship is scanned with an energy signature that matches a previous scan when we entered this area of space. The source of the scan disappears as do all traces of the Qo'lalth. There are no warp trails to follow, no cloak signatures, nothing. We are left with a message on our main viewer that simply says, "You may pass." We set long range scanners to continue to search for the Qo'lalth as we resume our course heading home. Medical tends to the fight injuries of the Bch and Kwalus.
