Ensign Garnoopy Duty Log

Stardate 50212.22

 

Situated on the bridge, I noted that Ensign Vanroy had taken some time off. No one had bothered to replace him as the commanding officer at the time, so I contacted Cmdr. Ridire, who put myself in place.

 

We were located nose to nose with the Miji ship; the Ambassador had been transported aboard.

 

Not much happened while I sat on the bridge. However a new Ensign, Ensign Marc Cruz showed up. I shook his hand and then informed him he should contact Cmdr. Ridire for further information as to what he needed to do to get to work.

 

After a while, I contacted engineering where Ensign Marc Cruz was currently, as he was our new engineer. I inquired as to he status of ship systems after our last battle, and he informed me everything was operatable except shields were at 90%. I informed him he had five minutes to get shields to 100% considering they might be needed if the Miji decided to turn sour.

 

After five minutes, Ensign Cruz had managed to get shields up to full power.

 

Cmdr. Ridire appeared on the bridge, and he informed me that the Ambassador would be leaving shortly. The Ambassador left, and I set a course for Freedom station at warp six.
