USS REPUBLIC MISSION BRIEFING 05Dec11

 

The Republic remains in orbit around Kanista,finding itself investigating the effects that a rogue comet has had upon the population, as well as a few members of our crew. Of our away team, a few where injured while on the planet, and are themselves showing some rather strange signs. Johnson is passed out and non-responsive, Heather seems uncontrollably moody and angry, and perhaps a bit more muscular. Will however, has shown the most effect, becoming pale of skin, yet transforming into somewhat of a ‘muscle-bound hulk’ barely able to contain his anger. Taking his phaser, which had been still on him from the mission, he’s managed to use it to get through a section of the flooring and has escaped the cargo bay via the Jeffries Tubes. Science and Medical are trying to come up with some sort of cure or solution to our problems.
