Talon Mission Briefing 07Apr11

 

The Talon has tracked the fleeing Rihan fighter to the backside of a moon circling Dumok'azen. Scans showed the vessel to be unoccupied, but closer scans of the moon showed a small underground base tunneled into it. Assuming their prey to have beamed there, a small away team beamed down to investigate. Also finding nobody there, but a transporter with encrypted transport data to the planet, they now have to assume the occupant has beamed down to Dumok'azen. The away team has found several crates of weapons, all of which have had their identification codes tampered with, as well as blueprints to several of the processing plants and mining facilities on the planet below. Elsewhere on the planet, the head of security has contacted the Talon, and the Governor in a meeting gone awry, has just taken several of the tribal leaders captive after having killed their religious leader when she challenged his order to increase production and work levels. The Governor's office has sent a communication to the Talon that they are to attend to the Governor and he will see them shortly.
