Memories Refused

Things weren't going well for the Klingon Warrioress, she had been beamed aboard the "enemy" vessel, stunned at least twice and then shot at point blank range with a Federation phaser.  To add to it all was a  headache had increased to the point it was nearly incapacitating.

 

But the pain had been shut off with the unconsciousness induced by the phaser hit to her mid body, and as fate would have it, vital organs had been missed.  The doctor, Garnoopy, used his medical talents and repaired the damage, and gave her pain killers to block out the pain from the memory merge, hopefully to let her brain sort out the realities.

 

But could the Doctor work his talents on her wounded ego as well?  Blissfully unaware of being shot, Ramjep was in a medically induced state of unconsciousness, which left her mind to the sorting out of the puzzle.

 

All the memories were not adding up, and in the dream state, memories could be manipulated by the subconscious.  Events that didn't make sense were avoided, facts skewed somewhat as Ramjep's mind tried to make sense of it all.  But it wasn't making sense at all, so her mind retreated further, opening yet another door to see what was within memory's chambers.

 

Ramjep remained on the biobed in sickbay, with Garnoopy watching over her.
