"Phasers, A Doctor's Tool"

Garnoopy looked down at the phaser in his hand, he wasn't used to carrying the thing around, it was heavy, and bulky compared with a simple hypo, but he was getting used to it. The Klingons were not the easiest to deal with in sickbay, and he was tired of asking them politely. So far, after pressing the phaser to their stomachs, they seemed to be very willing to follow a simple request.

The HoD had her memories back, along with the rest of the Klingons excluding Narn. Garnoopy knew that no security officer would let the Klingons wander the ship, especially when those security officers though the Klingons were responsible for all of this, so, Garnoopy had shoved them very politely, with the aid of his phaser into his office. They could run the whole ship from there, he didn't care, but he wasn't letting them out of sickbay right now.

His normal Klingon crew probably wasn't very happy with Garnoopy right now, he was a simple Qel, one who they could defeat in a hand to hand combat with no problems under normal circumstances, but these weren't normal circumstances. Garnoopy had the phaser, he was tired, stressed, not liking this situation, getting irritated, and with the new phaser also getting trigger happy. Already the wall in his sickbay had a phaser mark where he had fired just to show a crewmember the phaser was live, and he would use it. So far, no one had attempted to mangle him, break any of his bones, strangle him, or generally harm him in anyway, though the phaser was staying on his waist in case one of them decided that Garnoopy might be disposable. Garnoopy would at some point offer them a chance, once things were sorted out, to come down to sickbay and attempt to kill him for his actions, but they'd have to wait for things had to be done now.

He stepped into his office, behind the last of the Klingon patients and stood, waiting to find out what the HoD had planned. The Federation panels and lighting scheme didn't give her a warrior's look, just made her look silly with the pastel walls behind her. Garnoopy smiled, it wasn't often you got to see your HoD in a pastel room.
